    By far one of the worst drive thru's ever when you are ordering more then one meal.  I have been there too many times to count when they are missing items such as food, straws, napkins or even a receipt to call and complain about the crappy service.  

    The food is usually pretty good so I can't complain about that but the service is subpar for sure.  The sad thing? It's usually a Manager that is in the drive thru and they still can't get it right.  Order through the drive thru at your own risk.

    This is in regards to an ubereats delivery order.  I am very angry.  The restaurant forgot an item.  And when I called they told me I had to go get it or call Uber.  Nope.  They screwed up and they can deal with Uber.  Jason the manager is an incompetent who doesn't understand good customer service.   IF YOU SCREW UP A DELIVERY ORDER, YOU FIX IT.  YOU DONT TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY HAVE TO.  I got mad at his stupidity.  WHERE DOES HIS PAYCHEQUE COME FROM?  CUSTOMERS!!!!!!   I WENT TO THE STORE AND HE STARTED GIVING ME CRAP for being angry at THEIR screwup.  I will not take CRAP from an incompetent manager too lazy to do his job.   They shorted me the quarter pounder with cheese (sandwich only - not the extra value meal).   After he tried to chastise me, I walked out without my quarter pounder and went to Harvey's AND PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT BURGER.  No way in he'll I should have done that.  Jason should have arranged delivery himself thru Uber eats.   I don't fix other people's mistakes.  And to even ask is a sign of an extremely unprofessional manager.  I am a former Harvey's and Subway manager and I know good customer service.  Jason doesn't.
